From the Principal's Desk

From the Principal's Desk

This school year is flying by!  It seems like yesterday was the first day of school, and we have just celebrated the hundredth day! The first semester is behind us, and we are proud of all the hard work our students have completed so far.
Registration for preschool and kindergarten is available for children who will be attending ADE for the first time next year. Come by the office to fill out an application. We will need a copy of your child’s birth certificate, South Carolina immunization form, and two proofs of residency.  Please share this information with your neighbors who will have school age children next year and plan to enroll their children at ADE.
Parents, please be sure that you sign your child in the attendance office if he/she arrives after 7:40 a.m.  We want to be sure that your child arrives safely to the classroom, and we have accurately accounted for your child.  As a result of the flood days in October, we will make up one of those days on Monday, February 18.  This was originally scheduled for a teacher inserviceday, but it will be a regular day of school for the children.
